15th Shoe Review: Kobe 11 'Bruce Lee' or 'Warrior Spirit'

Background Information: This Kobe 11  has 2 references. One is the "Bruce Lee" reference because it symbolizes Bruce Lee's jumpsuit in his movie "Game of Death". The second reference shows the Bruce Lee scar in the movie "Enter the Dragon" where Bruce Lee has 4 cuts on his chest. The other reference is "Warrior Spirit" because of the challenges and injuries Kobe had to overcome making him having a warrior's mentality.

Quality: The color of the shoe is University Yellow along with black and red detailing. On the University Yellow part is where it's Nike put the flyknit on the shoe.On the heel are the famous scars of bruce that are stitched on with red cloth. The sole is black and the tongue shows the Kobe symbol in metallic red. Comfort on this shoe is really nice and tight specifically designed for basketball.

Traction(On a scale of 1-10): Traction on this shoe is really good. Rate:10

   Fit: True to Size

   Retail: $200

What to Wear With: Anything basketball gear related but best option if you want to wear it casually are joggers.

Where to Buy: Footlocker, Footaction, Ebay

Overall Summary: Overall this Kobe 11 color way is really awesome, especially if your a big Bruce Lee fan. I love how the scars are on the heel of the shoe it makes the shoe standout and it's fade from yellow to black. I'd have no problem wearing this who casually because it looks awesome. You can find the shoe for cheaper at you local Footlocker or Footaction for $120.

14th Shoe Review: Nike Kyrie 1 "BHM"

Background Info: The shoe came out on January,19, 2015. In honor of Black History Month the shoe was released. It came along with the Kobe 9 high top which also was released in honor of Black History Month.

Quality: The color of the shoe is obviously black, white, and gray. The tongue has the Kyrie symbol and is all black as well as the swoosh and sole. On the heel is a black and white print and the rest of the shoe is white over black. The laces are white with some patterned black print. The comfortability of this shoe is really nice and tight where if you were running your foot wouldn't move on the inside. It looks amazing especially with the graphic pattern on the heel and shiny Kyrie symbol on the tongue.

Traction(On a Scale of 1-10): The traction is really nice just make sure some dirt or pebbles get in between. Rate: 9

Fit: True to Size

    Retail:$130

What to Wear With: These shoes were made for basketball players but if you want to wear this casually anything would go nice with it since it's color way is black and white.

Where to Buy: Ebay, Flight club

Overall Summary: The Kyrie 1 is probably the best Kyrie shoe of all the Kyrie's. Since the shoe was released in 2015 you can only find these on Ebay or Flight Club. I recommend Ebay because Flight Club overprices their shoes. But overall this shoe is really nice, not only for basketball but for style too.

13th Shoe Review: Nike Air Jordan 1 "Top 3"

Background Information: Specifically these shoes are a combination of 3 Jordan one shoes. The Banned 1's(red part), the Chicago 1's(white and red), and Royal 1's(the blue coloration). The shoe also is called "Top 3" because Michael Jordan was 3rd overall pick in the 1984 1st round draft class.

Quality: Quality on this shoe isn't the premium leather the Banned or Shattered 1's have but the combination of probably the 3 best 1's created make up for it. 4 color laces come along with a pair. A red lace, blue lace, white lace, and black lace. The comfortability is the same as any high top Jordan 1.  There are two different types of colorations of the tongue on the shoe. One shoe has the "Chicago" tongue and the other has the "Royal" tongue. The sole is also the same for the pair. One sole is red and the other is Blue.

Traction(rating from 1-10): 10, the Jordan 1 has the best traction of any Jordan in the history of Jordan's.

What to Wear With: Jeans or Joggers(any type of clothes that blend well with the color of the shoe)

Where to Buy: House of Hoops, Jordan or Nike Store in Downtown Chicago, Footlocker, Footaction, Ebay(online), Eastbay(online), City Sports

Retail: $160.00

Overall Summary: The "Top 3's" were released on Cyber Monday but were quickly sold out at retail prices. Lots of people thought this shoe as a clown shoe or they looked real goofy but they look amazing when worn. They are like "What the Kobes" or "What the KD's" of Jordans because other shoes were all combined into one.

12th Shoe Review: Og Nike Air Flight Hurache Black/Lyon Blue

Quality: The Huraches' that everyone wears originate from these. These are the OG Huraches. The Hurache is originally designed for basketball but has later on become a casual shoe. I have these OG Huraches because my dad bought them and never wore and just gave them to me. This shoe is really comfortable and tight, just what a basketball shoe has to be. The sole is not like the Huraches everyone wears, the sole of this shoe is flat which makes it a nice shoe for basketball because it provides balance. The shoe is a high top provide ankle support and tightness when you tie the shoe.

Traction: The traction is really nice but it's not for an outdoor court.

    Fit: True to Size

What to Wear With: Any type of Basketball or sports gear.

Retail Price: The re-release pairs retail price is $115

Where to Buy: Ebay, Footlocker, Nike

Overall Summary: You can easily get the 2014 release which are basically the same as the 1992 releases. The shoe is overall really comfortable and is really only a basketball shoe but if you want to wear these casually you can just be careful to not play on an outdoor court because it'll lose it's grip. You can find these for $110 on Footlocker.com

11th Shoe Review: Air Jordan 1 "Michigan"

Quality: Specifically these shoes were actually designed for Marquette yet I don't know why they called it "Michigan". The shoes came along with the "NCAA" pack. The quality of this shoe is really nice especially if you want a durable upper part of the shoe. The color way of the shoe is what makes it so nice and the logo "Jumpman" is on the heel of the shoe.

Traction: The traction of this shoe is amazing and is probably the best shoe for a person who want a durable and nice looking shoe while providing amazing traction.

    Fit: True to Size

What to Wear With: Jeans or Joggers

Price: $140(I don't know the retail price because they came out in 2013)

Where to Buy: Since these came out in 2013 you can only get these on Ebay

Overall Summary: I have this shoe because one of my friends sold them to me. But overall this shoe is a really nice everyday shoe because not only does it provide durability and traction, it's also a nice-looking shoe! These are going for $140 on Ebay. I really hope that Nike and Jordan re-release these but as a Nike Air Jordan meaning that the tongue has that "Nike Air" on it besides the Jordan "Jumpman".

10th Shoe Review: Kobe 10 Low "Opening Night"

Quality: The quality of this shoe is really nice. The forefoot is made of flyknit but under the flyknit is plastron which makes the shoe durable. The heel is mesh on the inside which is really comfortable. The tongue is mesh also which is comfortable.

Traction: The traction is really nice on this shoe but the Kobe 9 is better.

    Fit: True to Size

What to Wear With: Basketball Gear or any athletic gear.

    Retail Price: $200

Where to Buy: Footlocker, Footaction, Finishline(online), Eastbay(online), Ebay(online)

Overall Summary: In terms of quality and comfortability this shoe is treally nice especially of a basketball player. Kobe's shoes are probably the best low tops for basketball because they are light and comfortable and have really good traction. These shoes are going for $150 or lower because they came out October 24, 2015.

9th Shoe Review: Air Jordan 3 "Cyber Monday"

Quality: The quality on these shoe are really nice. The leather is real leather but not all of it is real leather. It has the bubble in it's sole just like any Jordan 3. The comfortability of this shoe is really nice. The Jordan 3s are probably my most favorite Jordans' for comfortability. The shoe is just black and white which makes it unique you can wear any type of color clothes and it'll look good.

Traction: The traction of a Jordan 3 is decent but not as good as the Jordan 1.

Fit: True to Size

What to Wear With: Anything but jeans are really nice with these.

Retail Price: $190.00

Where to Buy: Footlocker, Footaction, Champs, Finishline, Eastbay (online

Overall Summary: This shoe is nice if you have trouble to match clothes with your shoe or if you just want a nice shoe to wear. But for $190 these are a bit overpriced. You might be able to find these to be on sale later in the year for less.

8th Shoe Review: Nike Air Jordan 1 "Blacktoe"

Quality: The quality on these 1s' are nice but not as nice as the leather on the "Banned" 1s'. But what makes this shoe so hot is how it looks. It is one of the best looking Nike Air Jordan 1s' which makes a huge line at your local Footlocker or Footaction. The laces are black but there are also red laces that come along with it but black laces bring out the Nike Air tongue.

Traction: Same thing as every Jordan 1 making it one of the best shoes for traction.

    Fit: True to Size

What to Wear With: Anything but Jeans are the best option.

    Retail Price: $160

Where to Buy: Footlocker, Footaction, Eastbay, Finishline

Overall Summary: Overall these shoe's are a cop for it's look. These shoes' actually came out for one day because of Jordan's Anniversary and luckily my Dad got them but the actual release date is November 5th. For $160 these are a good price and these will sell for more.

7th Shoe Review: Nike Air Presto Ultra Flyknit "Olympic"

Quality: Quality on these shoes are great not only for a everyday shoe but also for running. This is because the shoe is almost like a sock it's tight and comfortable. It's made with Nike's Flyknit and has a plastic heel but under the heel is the the comfortable Flyknit. The shoe looks awesome and is personally a favorite of mine because it's comfortable and it look's amazing.

Traction: The traction on these are really nice because it is a running shoe and in order for a running shoe to be a good running shoe it has to have good traction which this shoe has.

    Fit: Go True to Size

What to Wear With: Joggers or shorts. Anything you feel comfortable with. In my opinion joggers and shorts are the best.

    Retail Price: $160

Where to Buy: Nike Town, Ebay (online which is where I got my pair)

Overall Summary: Overall these shoes are a personal favorite of mine because of how it looks and feels on feet. These shoes are pretty hard to find and usually really hard to find for it's retail price because these shoes are "Olympic" edition which makes it limited edition. I got mine for $170 on Ebay which isn't that bad. I want another pair of Ultra Flyknit Prestos' because they look nice and feel amazing.

6th Shoe Review: Nike Air Jordan 1 low "Royal Blue"

Quality: The quality on these don't have the premium leather the "Shattered" or "Banned" 1's have but you can find these for like $55 or $80  which is a must buy shoe because the leather isn't that bad. For comfortability these 1's for some reason feel way more comfortable maybe because they are low top's and I prefer low top shoes for comfortability.

Traction: The traction is the same thing as the Jordan 1 making the traction amazing.

Fit: It's the same fit for any Jordan 1's so go true to size.

What to Wear With: For these shoe's since they are low top's you can wear any type of pants or shorts with these shoe's because they are low top's. In my opinion joggers look really cool with these.

Retail Price: $140 (you can easily find these for way cheaper, the sale prices can range from $55- $100 but I got mine for $80)

Where to Buy: Footlocker, Footaction, Finishline, City Sports(this is where I got my pair)

Overall Summary: Overall these shoes are a must buy shoe only when they are on sale for less than $100. To be honest I really hope Jordan and Nike come out with a Jordan 1 low top with the premium leather the "Shattered" and "Banned" 1's have because if they do I will cop them even if they are for $140 because shoes with that premium leather will sell more than their retail price.

5th Shoe Review: Kobe 11 "Achilles Heel"

Quality: This shoe is a basketball shoe and in my opinion Kobe's are the best low top basketball shoes ever. These are made with Nike's Fly Knit material but not all of it is full Fly Knit in between the Fly Knit is plastic which is kind of disappointing but at the same time makes the shoe more durable.

Traction: In terms of traction this Kobe shoe doesn't have the traction the Kobe 8 has (Kobe 8 has the best traction of all Kobe's). But the traction on these are decent for basketball.

Fit: For basketball player go half a size down but if your just using it to walk around go true to size.

What To Wear With: Basketball Shorts

Retail Price: $200(You can find this shoe for sale atFootlocker)

Where To Buy: Footlocker, Footaction, Finishline, or Eastbay(online)

Overal Summary: These shoes in my opinion aren't the best Kobe's but in terms of basketball these shoes are decent especially right now when they are on sale in Footlocker or Footaction.

4th Shoe Review: Nike Air Jordan 1 "Shattered Backboard Reverse"

Quality: The quality on these are the same quality the "Banned Ones" have. Which mean the leather on these shoes are awesome making the shoe worth more than it's actual retail price. The comfortably are your average Jordan 1's.

Traction: Same as the Jordan 1s which means the traction is the best of the best.

Fit: Go true to size. They may feel tight at firs but as you break into them meaning you have worn them all day they will be perfect for your foot.

What to wear with: Jeans are the best option in my opinion but any type of pants are good.

     Retail Price: $160.00

Where to buy: Footlocker, Footaction, Nike Town, Jordan Store, Finishline and Eastbay(online)

Overall Summary: These shoes are exactly what a sneaker head wants but if you want these shoes you'll have to wait in line or test your luck in a shoe raffle.

3rd Shoe Review: Adidas Superstar white/black

Quality: These shoes have a rubber shell as the toe which makes the shoe just for walking and not running trust me. The leather on these aren't legit leather but the 3 stripes are what make these really nice because once you break in the shoe the stripes pop out more (the leather stripes expand) and it's gold tongue with the "Adidas Original"  trefoil leaf. These shoes in terms of comfortability in my opinion aren't the best shoes but on style these are really good for $70 dollars.

Traction: Traction doesn't matter for this shoe because it's only used for walking. But it's traction is made of rubber and the downside of this is rubber makes the shoe more uncomfortable because if you take the inside sole out it's just rubber on the bottom. Good thing you can't take the sole out of these.

     Fit: Go true to size.

What to wear with: Any type of pants

Where to buy: Any local shoe store or any shoe store online.

Price: $80.00 but you can easily find these cheaper for example I saw at the Adidas outlet it was $75.00

Overall Summary: Comfortability on these shoes aren't the best but for style and price it's pretty decent. The gold tongue and 3 stripes are what make these very popular today but too many people wear these same exact color way there are many other color ways but these are the best which make it trendy today.

2nd Shoe Review: Adidas NMD r1Black/Grey/White

Quality: Quality overall is only good for style because it's like the nike roshe material just a bit thinner so if your looking for a runner shoe to work out in this isn't the shoe you want but if you want a shoe just for style this is what you want. But these shoes are amazing for walking like if you want to walk all day these are the shoes they feel like you are stepping on pillows, so in terms of comfortability these are the best shoes right now.

Traction: The traction on this shoe is mainly for walking and not sliding because if you slide on these shoes the traction or shoes will scuff up(become very slippery). So again this shoe is mainly for style in my opinion.

Fit: You can go half a size below if you want a perfect fight but if you want a bit of leverage go true to size.

What to wear with: Anything but preferably pants/joggers are the best option.

        Price: $120.00

Where to buy: Footlocker, Footaction, Champs, Adidas, Finishline, East-bay(online),

Summary: To summarize these NMDs these are not the best shoes for running or doing physically really active things but for style and walking these are the best shoes, the price is a bit high, so if you want a shoe that is close to this but has a lower price go for the Roshe 1 or 2.

1st Shoe Review: Air Jordan High"Banned OG Bred (2016)

Quality: The quality on these shoes are amazing, it's not your typical Air Jordan one. It's straight up leather like real leather therefore these shoes are top notch.

Traction: The traction on the 1's are always the same but they have the best traction in my opinion than any other Air Jordan. So if you play basketball in Jordan's these shoes are best in terms of traction.

Fit: In terms of fit go true to size at first these will feel tight but once you break into them they'll feel like your not wearing them(which is a good thing).  So if I'm a 9 1/2 I'll buy that size.

What to wear with them: Jeans are the best option in my opinion but anything else is fine.

     Price: $160.00

Where to buy: Footlocker, Footaction, Nike Town, Jordan Store, Finishline (online), Eastbay (online)

Overall Summary: These are the best Nike Air Jordan's that have been released this year. Traction is good, quality is phenomenal, go true to size, and price is $160 so if you buy these at retail it will be easy to sell these for more.
